Retrace the story of the reunion between the Reka and the Asgarthans! Explore the capital, join in the festivities, and follow the high-stakes diplomatic exchanges between these two civilizations.

“How did we end up here? In the wake of the catastrophe, one is left to wonder what the triggering event was, the moment when everything tipped over. Scientific and agricultural collaboration, diplomatic negotiations, joint ventures into the skies, friendly sporting competitions, cultural exchange… It had all begun under the best of auspices, surrounding a historic reunion. Perhaps, by casting a critical eye over the past, it will be possible to identify when the first cracks began to appear—or, conversely, to understand whether the disaster was inevitable from the very beginning. Only an objective analysis will allow us to determine that.”

— Leocardius Sree, during the Solstice Trials, 395 AC

“Could a different outcome have been possible? Probably. We tried to do the best we could, moving forward without clear visibility to avoid the pitfalls, hoping it would be enough—that the meeting would take place, that the divide would narrow, that lasting agreements could be reached. We were mistaken. Good intentions were not enough. Despite goodwill on both sides, we watched the situation bog down and then deteriorate, unable to alter its course. In hindsight, all I can see are missed opportunities, missteps, and tentative efforts that led nowhere, even as the early signs had been full of promise. Should we have made more compromises? Should we have bent our principles, or tried harder to understand those of others? Do we bear some responsibility for the catastrophe? Yes, undeniably. I will not presume to judge what has come to pass. However, I fully acknowledge both its scope and my responsibility in it. I have placed at your disposal all the reports and testimonies I was able to gather, so that you may form a clear understanding of the events that led to the disaster. I leave myself to your judgment—and to that of history.”

— Temera Singh, Grand Admiral of the First Expedition, 395 AC
