Following the deployment of Group POD (Print-on-Demand) last September, we are happy to announce that the Marketplace and Print-on-Demand are now accessible to all our players around the world!

After many months of work overcoming specific obstacles related to the regulations, rates, and duties of each country, this highly requested feature from the community across the globe is finally available.

Important: this new update is still in beta, and as always, your constructive feedback will be most welcome via our ticket system.

Important: POD and Marketplace services are only available through the website www.altered.gg and not through the app.

Important: The currency used (€ or $) for your account will, by default, be the one you chose when creating your account. If you wish to change it, you must make the request BEFORE activating your wallet. Once your wallet is active and funded, it will no longer be possible to change it.

With the addition of many new destinations, the pricing of the Print on Demand (POD) service may vary significantly from one country to another, mainly due to local taxes, possible customs fees, and UPS service charges.

Since not all countries have the same customs duties, taxes, or fees, we strongly recommend using the group order option with your friends to minimize your costs.

To help you better understand how pricing works, here’s what you need to know:

• In green: the price components controlled by EQUINOX.
  • Printing cost (the unit price per pack decreases based on the number of packs ordered)
  • Shipping fees (which decrease — or may even be waived — depending on the number of packs ordered)
• In blue: the price components EQUINOX does not determine, whose amounts depend on the destination. These include local taxes and customs duties, as well as service fees charged by our partner UPS (which are added to the delivery cost).

Example below for a 10-pack delivery to Switzerland.

Following the global launch of our services, the pricing policy applied by our carrier has been modified. Depending in your localization:

• The rates for orders containing 1 to 2 boosters might increase.
• Conversely, the shipping costs for orders containing 3 or more boosters might decrease.

Our interface has been updated to make the understanding of shipping costs easier. You can now find the fees associated with your delivery address, which was provided when your Wallet was created, directly in the Order Details.

If your order is currently in progress, our Support team will contact you by email to let you know how you will be compensated.
