Main effect
Remove all boosts from Characters in play and in Reserve. Then, depending on the number of boosts removed this way:
• 1+: Create two Ordis Recruit 1/1/1 Soldier tokens in your other Expedition (the one I'm not in).
• 4+: You may send target Character in to Reserve.
• 9+: Target Expedition moves forward one region.
