Main effect
Remove all boosts from Characters in play and in Reserve. Then, depending on the number of boosts removed this way:
• 1+: You may return a Spell from your Reserve to your hand.
• 4+: I gain 1 boost per card in each player's Reserve.
• 9+: Your opponent's Expedition facing me moves backwards one region.
