Remove all boosts from Characters in play and in Reserve. Then, depending on the number of boosts removed this way:
• 1+: Up to two target Characters in play or in Reserve each gain 1 boost.
• 4+: You may discard target Character with Hand Cost or less.
• 9+: Target Expedition moves forward one region.
• 1+: Up to two target Characters in play or in Reserve each gain 1 boost.
• 4+: You may discard target Character with Hand Cost or less.
• 9+: Target Expedition moves forward one region.
