To celebrate the release of Whispers from the Maze, Equinox is organizing a Demo Decks Tournament in partnership with the A.W.O.L. (Altered Weekly Online League) on Board Game Arena. This tournament will take place on Sunday, May 25, starting at 4 PM (UTC+1), and is open to all players, beginners and experienced alike.

Choose your favorite faction and discover the Whispers from the Maze set with a 40-card demo deck featuring many brand-new cards! Rewards will be given to the best player of each faction. In total, 6 people will each walk away with:

• 20 Whispers from the Maze promo boosters
• 6 Whispers from the Maze boosters

Registration for the Demo Decks Tournament is free and open to everyone. The tournament will be held online on Board Game Arena, so you can participate from anywhere. Make sure to create a Board Game Arena account before the tournament!

Registration will open this Wednesday, May 21, at 4 PM (UTC+1). To stay up to date, join the A.W.O.L. Discord server and keep an eye on our social media!

Once registered, all you have to do is log in to the Altered page on Board Game Arena with your account on the day of the tournament.

The decklists will be shared here at the same time as the registration link.

The tournament will begin at 4 PM (UTC+1) and end at midnight with the conclusion of the Top 16, so please ensure you can be present for the entire duration. It is divided into two stages: 8 Swiss rounds that can accommodate up to 512 players, and a Top 16 to determine the winners.

• Standard BO1 Format
• 8 Swiss Rounds: 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM (UTC+1)
• Top 16: 9:30 PM - 12:00 AM (UTC+1)

The A.W.O.L. and Equinox teams will be available on the day of the tournament to ensure it runs smoothly and to assist you if you encounter any issues during your matches.
