Remove all boosts from Characters in play and in Reserve. Then, depending on the number of boosts removed this way:
• 1+: Up to two target Characters in play or in Reserve each gain 1 boost.
• 4+: Target player sacrifices a Character.
• 9+: Your opponent's Expedition facing me moves backwards one region.
• 1+: Up to two target Characters in play or in Reserve each gain 1 boost.
• 4+: Target player sacrifices a Character.
