When you play another Character with a base statistic of 0 — Target Character in play or in Reserve other than me gains 1 boost.
When I go to Reserve from the Expedition zone — You may pay . If you do: Target Character in play or in Reserve gains 2 boosts.
• On a 4+, we both gain 1 boost.
• On a 1-3, it gains 1 boost.
When you play another Character with a base statistic of 0 — Target Character in play or in Reserve other than me gains 1 boost.
